Our process is built to be personal, precise and completely tailored to your home because the best decisions are made in the space where you live.

Step 1 – The In-Home Design Consultation

We begin where your project truly belongs: in your home.

Meeting in your own space allows us to understand how you live, how you use your rooms and what matters most to you. It's relaxed, practical and far more insightful than a showroom visit.

We listen carefully, explore ideas, discuss styles, finishes and functionality and define a clear brief.

Step 2 – Detailed Measured Survey

Once we've shaped the vision, we carry out a comprehensive measured survey.

Precision at this stage ensures that every cabinet, panel and feature fits flawlessly because exceptional design begins with exacting detail.

Step 3 – Studio Design & Concept Development

We return to our studio and translate your brief into a fully considered design.

Our architects and designers develop a scheme that balances beauty, ergonomics and practicality refining layout, storage solutions, materials and finishes to create a cohesive, intelligent space.

Step 4 – Presentation, Samples & Transparent Costing

We present your completed design along with product samples where required, so you can see and feel the quality firsthand.

You'll receive a clear, fully itemised project costing — no ambiguity, no guesswork. Just complete clarity and confidence.

Step 5 – Order, Production & Delivery

Once approved and payment is received, your kitchen or fitted furniture enters production.

Delivery typically takes place within approx. 2–4 weeks of order efficiently managed and carefully scheduled to keep your project moving seamlessly.
